He will discuss the research approach his team took to determine whether the Quality Matters (QM) guidelines and process fit with the needs of the college’s online program, discuss the implementation plans, and provide an update on the college’s progress through 2012. Those who are unfamiliar with QM will receive a brief overview of the system and how colleges can employ it. Monica Marlo will describe a model of using Google Analytics for tracking the growth of mobile device use for campus networks, and present a brief overview and tutorial of BuzzTouch, a simple mobile platform content generation tool. Using Google Analytics, you can monitor which devices are favored in your digital ecosystem and their rate of adoption, and withBuzzTouch, you can easily create and export device-agnostic mobile experiences to serve your growing pool of mobile device users in your campus communities.
